SEASON:
Robert
Gallery, Jake Grove, Stuart Schweigert, Carlos Francis,
Johnnie Morant, Shawn Johnson, Cody Spencer, Courtney
Anderson, Andre Sommersell.

The
Raiders chose nine talented collegiate for the 2004 NFL
draft. Offensive tackle Robert Gallery was a second overall
choice of the Raiders for the NFL draft. He has a wide body
frame with a good built. He is an exemplary lineman with all
the requisites of being an exceptional player. Due to his
long arms he covers his defenders. Offensive lineman Jake
Grove is a tough, strong, aggressive and versatile player.
He is quick in taking the decisions when on the field. He
has a flexible body with great vitals. When in the center,
he displays great leadership skills. Carlos Francis has a
conical body with good muscle development. When in the
traffic, he tries his best to get the ball. After taking the
catch, he knows how to discrete himself from his offenders
and carry the ball out of the traffic. Shawn Johnson was
selected in the 6th round of the NFL draft. He is
a tall athlete with broad shoulders and lean built. Due to
his flexible and agile body, he manages to move out of the
traffic with great fluidity. He is proficient in maintaining
his body balance. Andre Sommersell is a wide-shouldered
athlete with good vital stats. He is a responsible player
whose dedication towards the sport can promote him as a
professional linebacker. |

Safety Nnamdi Asomugha is a balanced, tough athlete
with good vitals who loves to get into the action.
He takes nice curves on the field and does not hold
the ball for too long. He knows how to make the
plays head towards victory. Wide receiver Ryan Hoag
is a rough and tough athlete who plays with full
concentration. His positive is his soft and reliable
hands. He tries to make the catches difficult for
his opponents. Justin Fargas exhibits number of
skills when on the field. He is an aggressive
athlete who has good vision, patience and instinct.
He becomes pensive in a short area. Wide receiver
Doug Gabriel, due to his huge size easily manages to
escape the traffic at the line of conflict. He has
an outstanding upright dive on the field. He
receives the ball technically and with full
consistency. Offensive linemen Sam Williams in
coordination with his skills and potentials prove to
be a spontaneous player on the field.

Cornerback Philip Buchanon is very reliable while
blocking the opponent at the line of conflict. He is
very spontaneous in changing his angles with great
speed. He is agile and patient when on the field.
Langston Walker is a substantial athlete with long
arms. He uses his hands extensively to control his
defenders. Even though he has good speed, he becomes
sluggish while heading towards the second level of
the game. Tight end Doug Jolley after catching the
ball runs with great rapidity. For punting and field
goals he possesses outstanding hand quickness. He
becomes pretty conscious near the sidelines and
maintains the rigidity of his feet. Defensive end
Kenyon Coleman has good physique. He becomes very
alert while moving out of the traffic. His plus are
a good height and a great bounding ability which
obstructs the view of his opponents. Quarterback
Ronald Curry is a two-sport player who moves quickly
out of the pocket to avoid the approaching pressure.
He is well adept in throwing the ball on the run. He
doesn’t hold the ball for too long. |

with a wide frame and long arms. He is a tackler who
knows how to crush the ballcarriers. He shows
consistency with the tight ends and backs to deliver
the desirable output. DeLawrence Grant has a
rock-hard body, bulky legs and a powerful torso. He
is clever in the position he plays for. He is a
combination of good size, swiftness, power and
productive moves. Wide receiver Ken-Yon Rambo
possesses full body control with a skill to regulate
bad throws. He is also capable of taking tough
catches when in the crowd. |
